Search by Genetic Marker
This is a pattern search, it returns information about all cosmids known to complement the marker in the search words/parameters. (note: Use one 3 letter marker designation for best results)
Search by Location
This is a pattern search, it returns all cosmids known to complement mutations in markers mapped to the number entered. (note: All location numbers need two digits, ie. minute 1 = 01) See references for more map information.
Search by Cosmid #
This is an exact search, enter the complete cosmid number. (note: All cosmid numbers need six digits, ie. pMO010101) See instructions for details on cosmid numbering.
Search by Spe I Fragment
This is a pattern search, it returns all cosmids known to hybridize to SpeI fragments of the PAO chromosome. (note: All location numbers need two digits, ie. fragment 1 = 01) See references for more map information.
